  • REC is an ISO company since 1999,The current quality standards per ISO 9001 -2008 as certified by TUV South Asia.
  • All products are shipped under self inspection, with full documentation, and quality certification without any third party certification.
  • Full documentations of quality and traceability records are maintained. Certification as per EN standards.
  • Technically qualified employees with educational and vocational experience, fully knowledgeable about quality techniques and machining processes.
  • Fully responsible for corrective and preventive action plans in dealing with quality issues with customers.
  • Fully responsible for development of new products with respect to quality controls documentations.

  • Inspection process is carried out, as per inspection plan for each component. Relevant records are maintained.
  • Fully equipped quality control facility with variety of gauges, instruments, special equipments, used to carry out inspection activity.
  • A total of 3000+ gauges, instruments, special gauges and other measuring devices are under active calibration program. A very sound calibration system to ensure timely calibration activities, by utilizing computer software built in house. All calibration records are kept on file for easy retrievability.
  • As a part of quality control procedure and as required by customers, all pressure containing parts are hydro tested after machining, as per customer spec.

Finishing and Packging

  • All casted machined parts are finish painted, tested, packaged and are ready to use in assembly of Pumps and Valves.
  • All packaging as per international sea-worthy export packaging standards conforming to APHIS(USA) and IPPM(Europe) standards.
